१. आम्ही कोणती माहिती घेतो
EN: Customers: name, mobile number, email, points and bill amounts. Merchants: shop name, owner name, phone/WhatsApp number, address, shop GPS location and a live shop photo. We do not store Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or card data of customers; payments go directly to Razorpay.
ग्राहक: नाव, मोबाईल क्रमांक, ईमेल, पॉईंट्स व बिल रकमेचा तपशील. दुकानदार: दुकानाचे नाव, मालकाचे नाव, फोन/WhatsApp क्रमांक, पत्ता, दुकानाचे GPS स्थान आणि दुकानाचा दर्शनी फोटो. आम्ही आधार, पॅन, बँक तपशील किंवा कार्ड माहिती साठवत नाही; पेमेंट थेट Razorpay कडे होते.
२. वापराचा उद्देश
EN: Data is used only to show nearby shops, calculate and redeem loyalty points, verify shops, manage subscriptions and resolve grievances. We never sell personal data to advertisers.
जवळची दुकाने दाखवणे, लॉयल्टी पॉईंट्स मोजणे व वापरणे, दुकानाची पडताळणी करणे, सदस्यता व्यवस्थापन आणि तक्रार निवारण — एवढ्याच कारणांसाठी माहिती वापरली जाते. आम्ही तुमची माहिती जाहिरातदारांना विकत नाही.
३. कॅमेरा व लोकेशन परवानगी
EN: The camera is used only in the foreground, during shop registration, to capture a live shop photo. GPS is used only while the app is open, to find nearby shops and register a shop location. There is no background tracking and permissions can be refused or withdrawn at any time.
कॅमेरा फक्त दुकान नोंदणीच्या वेळी, ॲप उघडे असताना (foreground) दुकानाचा लाइव्ह फोटो घेण्यासाठी वापरला जातो. GPS लोकेशन फक्त ॲप उघडे असताना जवळची दुकाने शोधण्यासाठी व दुकान नोंदणीच्या वेळी वापरले जाते. पार्श्वभूमीत (background) कोणतेही ट्रॅकिंग होत नाही, आणि परवानगी कधीही नाकारता किंवा काढून घेता येते.
४. माहिती किती काळ ठेवतो
EN: Data is retained while the account is active and for as long as the law requires. On a deletion request, personal data is erased within 30 days; only transaction records required by tax and accounting rules are retained.
खाते सुरू असेपर्यंत आणि कायद्याने आवश्यक असेल तोपर्यंत माहिती ठेवली जाते. खाते हटवण्याची विनंती आल्यावर वैयक्तिक माहिती ३० दिवसांत हटवली जाते; फक्त कर व लेखा नियमांसाठी आवश्यक व्यवहार नोंदी ठेवल्या जातात.
५. तुमचे हक्क (DPDP २०२३)
EN: You have the right to access, correct, withdraw consent and delete your account and data. Consent is recorded with the exact timestamp and IP address at the moment you tick the consent checkbox, and can be withdrawn at any time.
माहिती पाहण्याचा, दुरुस्त करण्याचा, संमती मागे घेण्याचा आणि खाते व माहिती हटवण्याचा हक्क तुम्हाला आहे. खाते हटवण्यासाठी /delete-account हे पान वापरा किंवा खाली दिलेल्या अधिकाऱ्यांशी संपर्क साधा.
६. सुरक्षा व संपर्क
EN: Data is held on encrypted servers with access limited to authorised staff. Contact the Grievance Officer for any privacy request.
